Welcome! We're excited to help you get started by making things simple and clear. We are sharing a list of fees and deposits you might encounter as an applicant and future resident. To budget for your fixed monthly expenses, add the rent for your desired floor plan to the Optional Add-ons of your choice. Our goal is to be transparent so you may plan your housing budget with ease.

Additional Information Regarding Rent and Fees:
Rent price will be based on specific unit, lease term, and move-in date. Rent and fees are subject to change. All fees are non-refundable unless specifically identified as refundable. Residents are required to activate and maintain utility services indicated within the Mandatory Fees "Utility Charges / Insurance" section.  Some fees may not apply to apartment homes that are subject to an affordable program.  Resident is responsible for damages to the premises that exceed ordinary wear and tear. Additional fees may apply in specific situations as detailed in the application and/or lease agreement, and you may address questions regarding specific fees to our Leasing Office prior to the application process.
